Is Milo — your great dane/golden retriever/mystery mutt that you picked up from the Humane Society of Greater Miami on the best day of both your lives — feeling a little under the weather? is behind on her vaccines? Or maybe Petri — your surprisingly attention-seeking bird with a thing for gnawing on the pages of whatever book you’re reading — needs some new diet recommendations. Whatever your pet needs, Paws and Claws Medical Center has you covered.

What do you look for when you’re searching out an animal hospital in Miami? For exotic pet owners, it can sometimes be tricky finding a vet who can handle your whole menagerie (don’t you worry about that with us!). For others, they want a veterinarian who will sit down and discuss their pet’s medical conditions instead of shoving them out the door with an expensive prescription or a referral to an even pricier specialty surgery clinic. From essential vaccinations to emergency care, Paws and Claws is here to help.

Dr. Ramon de Armas is a highly qualified veterinarian with years of experience, but he’s also an animal lover at heart. He treats everything from dogs and cats to exotics and avians, with a special interest in proactive and preventative care. Your pet will be in good hands with Dr. Ramon and the staff of Paws and Claws Medical Center.
