Free Vaccines for Life Program

One time payment: $85

To enroll your pet or pets in our Free Vaccines For Life program, you as a pet parent will need to satisfy the following criteria:

  1. Be current on the following wellness criteria for each individual pet (every year).
  2. Comprehensive head to tail Physical Examination
  3. Preventive Screening Blood work (organ function screening, which varies with pets age, health status and life style).
  4. Intestinal Parasite Test
  5. Heartworm and/or Parasite borne diseases Test
  6. Be Current on Preventatives for External and Internal parasites included Fleas, Ticks and Heartworms. which must be purchased at our facility.

Vaccines that are included in this FVFL plan are:

  1. Dogs - DA2PP, Rabies, Bordetella. (Influenza Vaccine, Leptospira or any other vaccines are not part of the FVFL plan)
  2. Cat - FVRCP, Rabies, (Leukemia or any other Vaccine is not part of the plan.)

There will be a one time enrollment fee which is to be paid at the time of enrollment.

Low Income Spay/Neuter Program

To qualify for the reduced fee Spay and Neuter program, the pet owner must be at least 18 years old and receiving public assistance under one or more of the following:

  • Food Stamps - Medicaid - Supplemental Security Income (SSI) - Jackson Memorial Hospital Clinic Cards.

For any of these programs, applicant must provide copy of ID and copy of current eligibility letter.
