Vaccine combos

Call (786) 361-9344 for what is in stock today and what it costs today. Combos, when available:

  • Puppy package — DA2PP (distemper/parvo combo), Bordetella, hook/roundworm deworming. Vaccine-visit office-fee specials run at times; ask.
  • Adult dog — DA2PP, Bordetella, heartworm test.
  • Kitten/cat — FVRCP, leukemia vaccine, hook/roundworm deworming.
  • Avian — physical examination, chlamydia test, polyomavirus vaccine.
  • Ferret — physical examination, distemper vaccine, rabies vaccine.
  • Rabbit — physical examination, RHDV 1 and 2, microchip, Pasteurella vaccine. USDA: a microchip is required to receive RHDV vaccine.

Selected laboratory tests (fecal, FeLV/FIV, heartworm/tick combo, avian/rabbit/reptile infectious-disease tests, avian DNA sexing) and extra vaccines (rabies, Leptospira) are offered as add-ons when supplies last. County rabies tags, heartworm and flea/tick preventives, and combo discounts — ask at the visit.

Free Vaccines for Life

One-time administrative fee per pet, nonrefundable and nontransferable — call for the current amount. You still pay the exam, labs, preventives, and anything not on the core list. Core vaccines are free in years you stay current on wellness criteria (exam, microchip if missing, screening bloodwork, infectious-disease screen, heartworm/fecal as applicable, preventives bought here). Miss a year and the pet drops; you can re-enroll.

Included when eligible: dogs — DA2PP, rabies, Bordetella (not influenza or Lepto). Cats — FVRCP, rabies (not leukemia). Rabbits — Pasteurella and RHDV (microchip is mandatory for RHDV and is not included in the fee). Ferrets — distemper, rabies.

Community / low-income spay and neuter

Community special for qualifying owners (18+, Florida ID, and current public assistance such as food stamps, Medicaid, SSI, Jackson Memorial Hospital clinic cards, or TANF). Species and age gates apply (guinea pigs and chinchillas over 4 months and under 8 months; rabbits over 4 months and under 1 year; rats, mice, hamsters over 3 months and under 6 months). Standard small-mammal spay/neuter is priced by age, species, size, and conditions. Call. Do not assume a community slot is open this week.

Bring ID and a current eligibility letter if you are asking for the community rate. The hospital assigns the surgery date. Community-program fees have been non-refundable on the live policy.
